so i went to LO last saturday with christine and roxanne,
we were really late because we dropped by some colleges to pickup/submit apps, by the time we got there the line was.. hella long, nigga. not to mention we spent 40 mins looking for the goddamn place because UP is about the size of RUSSIA. we kept asking those food vendors on the side for directions but they didnt know the place. i was like DONT YOU WORK HERE YOU IDIOT WHERE IS IT I MUST GO THERE NOW, ..only it sounded more dramatic in my head. we asked a lot of students too, but they didnt know. i thought, DONT YOU STUDY HERE YOU IDIOT WHERE IS IT I MUST GO THERE NOW, ..only it, too, sounded more dramatic in my head.

so while waiting in line, YSABEL FROM THE TUX TEAM CAME OUT. she was so small! but yea shes like 12/11/whatever but.. SHES SO SMALL. i tried to get a pic of her but my cam died on me kept giving me pure white images. maybe because I WAS IN HEAVEN well no lol not rly, far from it. but anyway, behind [INFINITY?!?!?!111] us were these khr cosplayers who were really thin and tall! they looked pretty cool, so i got a pic of them. and chris asked if yamamoto's sword was real, which it was. good thing she didnt go homicidal on us roflol.

AND THEN, when the line finally reached inside the building AFTER 138758912 MINS, i saw......

so yea, i started hyperventilating. chris wanted to take a picture of my face but i quickly regained my composure because i am such a casual person, and i do everything casually. i even fangirl casually. that is how casual i am.

moving on,

one of the pplz in charge kept saying how it was so crowded inside / did not expect that much people / etcetc so if we want to leave, we are welcome to do so or something like that lol. BUT BEING THE TRUE FANS THAT WE WERE, we still went. also, we had no other option. but yea, IT WAS CROWDED. the place was so small! i felt someones butt rub against mine around 3239575 times.

i guess i should just categorize the people i saw

COSPLAYERS

i saw hani-sempai, the hitachiin(shit it that how you spell it) twins, more ouran pplz, these two vampires that kissed on stage but i dont know what anime they're from, l and a light that didnt look like light but they won because they were practically making out on stage (...), a lavi with OMGWTFLAVI hair (in my so-this-was-the-con-and-all-its-attenders pics, you can totally pinpoint his hair), another hani cosplayer in this RIDICULOUS bunny costume, and uh, lots of vampire knight cosplayers that christine kept mistaking for dgm characters (wow this is one long sentence), THE TUX TEAM KGJFADHFKDSHGHS, UH a bunch of whoaVKdotdotdot aaaand this zack and cloud pair that were REAL MEN although they didnt look like zack or cloud at all, but i guess the Y chromosome makes up for that.

we were near most of them a lot because during the couple cosplay err.. i dont know what the word was but the cosplayers went infront of people to uh, present themselves. the audience place was already full so me and chris stayed on the side of the stage place. if was all good until we realized that the place we were SURROUNDED BY COSPLAYERS because we were in the line or something to get on stage. me and chris were like, WERE COSPLAYERS!!!?!!!111 basically we are a couple of transvestites who fell in love, insert dorama plot here, and lived happily ever after. TAMAKI TALKED TO ME, she said
"are the really kissing?!"
"..yea."
yea my conversations are really dynamic.



and uh, i gave the tux team a gift. 15 PAPER CHILDREN THINGS. my hands smelled like metal after making those. anyway, i asked chris to get jins attention ("she wants to give you a gift," practically screaming over all the noise) because i am too much of a wuss, and (as chris put it) jin gave a confused face, furrowed(is that the word?) her eyebrows and started laughing. which was really lol because I DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING come out of her mouth. basically she said "its cute!" and end convo. and uh, she was trying to fit it in this small container which was.. too small.

ARTISTS

we popped by this table, and i checked out the art. i stared at it for a while because the art was so familiar. eventually i shouted "MERU-CHAN" and she looked up and said, "hi." XD bought a doujin, buttons, a bookmark and one rikusora commission from inami. the other side of the room had more artists, but i didnt really check them for some reason.

there was this other table selling japanese stuff for a really cheap price! there was this set of EVA figurines, around 8, for only 100 bucks! i bought them in a heartbeat. and one newtype magazine with eureka seven on the cover, and two art books, one CLAMP (ccs) and one from the artist of Saiyuki. the artbooks were 1000 at the start of the con, then became 500 so i was like OKAY GIVE ME.

there was another table selling clothes, i bought these cute safety pins with a skull and a foot on the end. (i wanted the strawberry but someone else got it lol) i have no idea where im going to use them though. they also happened to be selling FLARING or was like flaming PANTYHOSE. chris kept saying the word out loud, the girl behind the counter kept giggling in embarrassment. XD

last (actually, the first we went too) one was the tux team's table. bought a shirt that said i love japan or something. i wanted this other one, but my size was sold out. D: i would've gotten the sasunaru print but.. yes. if you saw it, you'd understand ...i am only 16.

i asked for jin's autograph. she was like "really?" in this high, christine-esque voice. DID I MENTION THAT IM TALLER THAN HER. i cant believe that i was ever confused about her gender. she was like "im going to die so many times today" because i asked her to sign in my death note XD.

i wanted a pic with them, but they seemed pretty busy (being attacked by fangirls, etc) so i tapped china's shoulder for a picture since she seemed pretty free. she turned around with a sticker and said "i have a sticker, who wants it"
